the hotel had a very convenient location near the city center. the staff was kind and always ready to assist! breakfast was a nice experience with a wide variety of choices. the shower in the room was also really good.
i noticed a constant bad smell in the bathroom . they did not refill the toiletries, coffee, or tea in the room. the tram passing by was very loud and caused vibrations in the room.

The constant tram noise. Was atrocious. I could barely sleep. The vibrations. From the trams. Were unsettling and went on all night. It really ruined the stay

the breakfast was nice, i could enjoy a good variety of foods. location is central, i found it quite convenient for accessing different parts of the city.
the noise from the trams was extreme. the building was shaking each time one passed, it reminded me of a small earthquake.
